Chief Operating Officer, Americas Europe

Jillian Hiller

Jill Hiller

As Chief Operating Officer Americas Europe, Jillian oversees the relationship between Keypath and our valued partner institutions. Day-to-day, she works cross-functionally with Keypath’s marketing, recruitment, student success, and instructional design teams to ensure overarching internal and external goals are achieved.

What do you bring to Keypath as Chief Operating Officer, Americas Europe?

In my 14 years of higher education experience, I’ve worked in admissions, operations, and relationship management. I’ve had the opportunity to work in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors with colleges and universities that offer online and ground delivery of undergraduate and graduate programs. I’ve also spent time on the client side of an OPM partnership. This diverse experience brings a unique perspective to my role as a Managing Director at Keypath.

How do you measure your success?

Success for me is having a happy client, a happy team, and a happy boss.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?

I’ve learned the importance of rolling up my sleeves and understanding the business from the ground up. I believe being informed about all aspects of the business allows for better problem-solving and decision-making.

What excites you about higher education?

Higher education is an exciting field to be in because of the people. I’ve had the pleasure of working for and with passionate people who are driven to provide access to education and impact lives. This industry challenges you every day, and I’m lucky to work alongside colleagues and leaders who, over the years, have become some of my closest friends.

What’s your favorite sports team?

The Chicago Bears. I have fond memories of going to Soldier Field with my dad many Sundays when I was young.  I look forward to the day when the Chicago Bears team consists of a similar cast of characters with the grit and discipline of the ’85 Bears.
