MELBOURNE - Keypath Education, a global EdTech company that partners with leading universities to create innovative and in-demand online education programs, has been recognized as #10 on the 2022 Best Places to Work in Australia list by WRK+, Australian-based global workplace research and consulting firm, in the more than 100 employees category. In addition to the listing, the award’s engagement survey found that Keypath is a friendly place to work (96%) and Keypath promotes diversity of backgrounds, talents, and perspectives (95%).
Keypath Education provides course design and development, program-focused marketing, student recruitment and support, and clinical placement support for many leading universities. Keypath partners with universities across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America and acts as an extension of each partners’ team, focused on delivering high-quality educational experiences while expanding the scope and reach of the partners’ offerings.
With a collaborative team of more than 275 across Asia-Pacific, Keypath Education has employees working across the region to support our 11 Australian university partners. Keypathers in Australia enjoy comprehensive benefits, including family flex days, complete employee choice of where you want to work – from your home or the office, as well as subsidized university degrees.
“This is our second year in a row being named a Best Place to Work and this year’s award is extra special as it is a testament to the culture we’ve created in a completely virtual environment,” said Ryan O’Hare, Chief Executive Officer, Keypath Education Asia-Pacific. “We’ve moved to a distributed workforce and an employee-choice working model, allowing employees to choose if they’d like to work remote, hybrid, or in-office to allow for flexibility and work-life balance. We continue to invest in our company culture to ensure it is inclusive, engaging, and supportive for everyone.”
Each company participating in the Best Places to Work study earns a score based on two factors: employee responses to Engaging People© and the WRK+ Culture Insight©, an evaluation of the organization's policies and procedures in specific people and operations practice areas.
"We are so proud that our people have, for the second year in a role, voted Keypath Education as one of Australia's Best Places to Work,” said Kat Cliff, Executive Director, Human Resources Keypath Education Asia-Pacific. “Every day Keypathers are working with purpose and transforming students' lives through education. At Keypath, we are people-first, purpose-driven, and have an amazing culture. This award reflects that."
The 2022 Best Places to Work study was conducted between September 2021 and June 2022. The results represent 59,831 Australian-based employees from 127 organizations. The study recognizes organizations in two size categories: under 100 employees and over 100 employees.
"To be the best, these organizations truly put the people experience first,” said Zrinka Lovrencic, CEO of WRK+. “A strong shift towards people practices addressing mental health, diversity, and inclusion, and making positive changes towards lowering the organization's carbon footprint stood out amongst the best this year."
