Keypath Education Named a Best Place to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business

CHICAGO – April 22, 2021 – Keypath Education, a leading global EdTech company, has been named Best Place to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business. Keypath partners with the world's most prominent educators to develop, design and deliver career-relevant online education solutions that meet the needs of the future-of-work and help solve global social and economic challenges.

Crain’s, in partnership with Best Companies Group, surveyed thousands of employees on the types of working conditions, benefits and corporate culture that make a company a great place to work. The awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in the Chicago area.

Keypath provides course design and development, program-focused marketing, student and faculty recruitment and support, and clinical placement services for 31 universities across the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Acting as an extension of each partners’ team, Keypath is focused on delivering high-quality educational experiences while expanding the scope and reach of the partners’ offerings.

The company’s Chicago office is home to Keypathers who service thousands of students around the world across various departments including student enrollment, admissions, course development and marketing. With a collaborative office of nearly 300, Keypathers enjoy comprehensive health and wellness benefits, family flex days, retirement contributions and tuition reimbursement.

“Through the COVID-19 pandemic, our team in Chicago has continued to grow exponentially,” said Ofa Stead, Chief People Officer, Keypath Education. “We’ve reimagined our global company policies to best support Keypathers including making new investments in training and development such as our Future Leaders Program and expanding our global Diversity & Inclusion framework to guide us on how we approach D&I as an organization, as well as inform our activities and initiatives to ensure the diversity within our organization only continues to grow.”

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. This part was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used its expertise to determine the final ranking.
