What do you bring to Keypath Education as Vice President of University Partnerships?
My more than 25 years of experience in the higher education market have given me an appreciation for the challenges that universities are facing today, as well as some insights that can help universities be more competitive going forward. I am experienced in meeting with key decision-makers at universities — from presidents and provosts to deans and professors — to understand their challenges and goals in a rapidly changing market.
How do you measure your success?
I’m looking to bring on a handful of high-quality university partners each year to help them launch and grow several online degree programs to reach their online goals and objectives, as well as our own.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?
Nobody buys unless everyone wins; therefore, it’s essential to look for and create win-win situations between the buyer and the seller, and it all starts by focusing on the goals, objectives and needs of the customer.
What excites you about higher education?
Advances in technology, along with tighter budgets, are challenging the traditional structure of universities, leading to rapid change and innovation across the industry.
What’s your favorite sports team?
Hailing from Pittsburgh, my favorite sports team is the Pittsburgh Steelers.
