“I am excited to work in higher education because the landscape evolves, and technology advancements bring new opportunities for students to reach their academic, personal, and professional goals.”
What do you bring to Keypath as a Managing Director?
I have 15+ years of experience in higher education, across different functions internally and in our partner schools. I was one of the first to join Keypath’s Online Program Management team and have helped successfully launch our domestic US and international partnerships.
How do you measure your success?
I am only successful if the outcomes of my leadership and actions directly connect to Keypath’s objectives and our university partners’ goals. Success means we find efficiencies in operations, improve student experiences and outcomes, and deliver on shared partnership objectives.
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in business?
Everyone needs to check for understanding when setting expectations. Realizing the intended outcomes of an initiative were not mutually shared or committed to proves painful from all sides.
What excites you about higher education?
I am excited to work in higher education because the landscape evolves, and technology advancements bring new opportunities for students to reach their academic, personal, and professional goals. All schools face different challenges, which means we are working consistently towards distinctive solutions. This makes my work enjoyable.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
I love the game of golf and enjoy sharing my passion with my kids. It’s a way for me to unwind and continue to challenge my abilities in a different setting.
