As global head of HR, Rebecca is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Keypath’s human resources initiatives, as well as day to day HR operations including compensation, benefits, talent management and employee relations. She works closely with company leadership to grow the business, service its partners and students, and support rewarding careers.

What do you bring to Keypath as Director of Human Resources?
I have many years of HR experience in various industries. “People issues” are generally similar no matter where you go, and I am thrilled my path brought me here. It is a privilege to be an HR partner, teacher and coach to every level of employee at Keypath.
How do you measure your success?
My success is measured by employees feeling their work is meaningful and feeling valued as they support our students, partners and each other.
What’s your personal motto?
We can recover from our mistakes. We learn, fix, and move on.
What excites you about higher education?
Education truly does change peoples’ lives. My masters programs did for me. The great part about Keypath is that, through our partners, we are able to increase the access to higher education throughout the world.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
Watching chef shows ... and every now and then, actually cooking something new. I am one of ten siblings, so Thanksgiving dinners are always interesting. You want to avoid being the one “chopped” with the dish that you share!
