“Higher education has a tremendous impact on so many lives and futures – not just students, but the families and friends surrounding them, too.”
What do you bring to Keypath as a Managing Director?
I have had the pleasure of 15 years in the higher education field, primarily working with online programs. For 10 of those years, my focus was on leading employees within the student management and admission departments to successfully prepare adult learners for their next level of education. I have experience with the entire student lifecycle, which has helped me connect with and build a strong partnership between Keypath and our university partners.
How do you measure your success?
I measure success by setting goals and managing to those goals through open dialogue, collaboration and accepting change. I believe that if we all work together, we can succeed.
What’s your personal motto?
“Eat That Frog.” I prioritize my day by dealing with the most difficult challenges first. Then, I’m able to be more productive the remainder of the day and not dwell on what still needs to be done.
What excites you about higher education?
Higher education has a tremendous impact on so many lives and futures – not just students, but the families and friends surrounding them, too. Our students continue to inspire me with the dedication and persistence they display when working to reach their goals.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
I used to say working out, reading or sewing, but now I like to spend any extra time with my two girls.
