“Employee satisfaction, positive partner feedback and student testimonials are good signs that we are successfully executing on our efforts.”

James Morgan, Global VP of Admissions

What do you bring to Keypath as Global Vice President of Admissions?

I have more than 12 years of experience leading teams in online admissions recruitment.  Prior to joining Keypath, I was involved in the new-partner launch process with Deltak/Wiley, where I developed the admission process for more than 10 new online university partnerships and more than 30 new online programs. I also led the opening and launch of their first international location, including setting up the online admissions structure.

How do you measure your success?

Our global online recruitment team must effectively understand the needs of every unique prospective student and identify how we can support their desired career progression through advanced education. Employee satisfaction, positive partner feedback and student testimonials are good signs that we are successfully executing on our efforts.

What’s your personal motto?

Control what you can control and do not waste time worrying about “what ifs”.

What excites you about higher education?

I love the idea that we provide an opportunity for so many people around the world to experience advanced education in a way that would have never been possible before. By helping just one student earn their degree, we are impacting so many more people that just that one person. Each of their family members, friends, colleagues and acquaintances can benefit when a single person makes the decision to further their education.
