Jacqui has over 20 years’ experience in HR executive, leadership, and generalist roles in listed companies across a range of industries. Prior to joining Keypath in May 2022, Jacqui held a variety of senior HR leadership roles within Class Limited, Crane Group Limited, and the Fletcher Building Group of Companies.
What excites you about Keypath?
For me, it’s our purpose: transform education, transform the world. It's so powerful. I love the idea of being part of a global team that is transforming students’ lives. Every day Keypathers help students all over the world to educate themselves - no matter where they want to learn, and no matter how they want to learn.
How would you describe yourself as a leader?
First and foremost, and most importantly, I'm always values-led and people first. I like to think that my style is open and authentic. I love and thrive on the kind of innovation that can only come when we collaborate across our business.
How do you measure success?
Professionally, success is when we have created an amazing employee experience where our people can bring their best self to work and are empowered to deliver on our vision to transform education, transform the world. Success is simply when our people tell us that Keypath is a great place to work. Personally, my success is a combination of loving what I do, enjoying flexibility to blend my home and work life, and having time to support my physical and mental health.
