Being a Student Enrolment Advisor at Keypath
As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you play a crucial role in starting our students' educational journey. Here's what you'll be doing:

You will be the first point of contact for our students looking to continue their educational journey by responding to their lead-based inquiries through our University Partner’s websites, via outbound phone calls, email, and web chat (no cold calling!).

Effectively and autonomously manage the pipeline of students, applying your knowledge to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Utilizing your consultative sales skills such as active listening, trust building/relationship development, needs analysis, problem-solving, and solution creation to provide a guided sales journey for students.

Have the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s *Best Ranked Universities such as the University of NSW, University of Technology Sydney, University of Melbourne, Edith Cowan University, and Deakin University. Have the confidence you’ll be effectively selling a degree ranked with a strong student experience and backed by great student support every step of the way.

Being a Student Success Advisor at Keypath
As a Student Success Advisor, you play a pivotal role in supporting students on their study path, all the way to graduation. Here's what you'll be doing:
- You’ll be the student’s trusted advisor.
- Working with your portfolio of enrolled students, you will proactively provide coaching support and troubleshoot at-risk issues to help students achieve their educational goals from initial course commencement through to graduation. via. phone, email, and web chat.
- Supporting students with study path management to create the most efficient study path.
- Driving re-enrolment into new programs that support our university partner's students’ goals.
- Build a detailed knowledge of our university partners and the course offerings, through supported training and research.
