What do you bring to Keypath Education as Executive Vice President of Account Management?

I am committed to developing long-term partnerships. While the customer may always be right, a strong partnership is built on a relationship that encourages debate and one making the other better. It does not allow us to get complacent with strategy or differentiation, and it motivates us to try new things. The team our partners work with at Keypath Education is truly an extension of your team, all marching toward the same goals.

How do you measure your success?

Our customer tenure is a metric that is extremely important to me. It shows we have delivered results, have continued to evolve to better serve our partners and stay on top of new media and technology, and ultimately it shows our commitment to their success.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?

Make no little plans. If you resolve to do something, go all in. That way you are committed, and you will put your best foot forward and allow your passion and motivation to shine through.

What excites you about higher education?

Right now we are at such an interesting time in higher education, and the rapid innovation in marketing, course delivery and program development is extremely exciting to be a part of. The market has changed in how students research schools, how they want to learn and even when they finish, now that “nontraditional” students have surpassed those pursuing higher education right out of high school. The bottom line is outcomes are more important than ever, which means having a partner to navigate through it all is important as well.

What’s your favorite sports team?

I am a Saturday football girl. I love everything about Nebraska, especially my beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers. On Saturdays in the fall, you will likely find me in Lincoln or one of the Big 10 football stadiums cheering them on. GBR!
