What do you bring to Keypath Education as the Group President Online Program Management?
I came to Keypath Education with 13 years of experience in online education, and specifically within the higher education field. I have had the opportunity to work with a large number of top-tier universities and in my career launched more than 50 online degree programs. My background includes experience in online program development, onboarding new academic partners, enrollment management and strategy development for long-term partnerships. I have built various functions and partnerships from the ground up and have a deep understanding of factors that drive results.
How do you measure your success?
Success is measured by our performance for academic partners and our effectiveness in working as a true extension of their teams. In measuring these things, I ensure communication is both open and transparent.
What’s your personal motto?
Things do not happen. They are made to happen.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?
The best lesson I have learned in business is to always make “the ask.” The ask takes many forms. It’s the thing that takes you from point A to point B. Or it could be the solution you help partners see for themselves that puts them on the path to success.
What excites you about higher education?
Having the opportunity to make an impact and help change lives. Creating opportunities for people who value education – regardless of their location, age or circumstances – has great meaning for me. I have personally recruited hundreds of students into their program of choice and have received numerous commendations for helping students make the right academic and professional decisions. The fact that we are not just providing a service but creating access to quality education motivates me to do my best work every day, and it’s rewarding to see the results.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
Reading suspense and thriller novels!
