What do you bring to Keypath Education as the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Partnerships?

I view my position as one focused solely on our ability to align with the enrollment needs of our current and prospective partner institutions. This requires us to have unique service offerings, lay out a roadmap for the future, respond to changes in the industry before they affect performance, and lastly, to stay passionate about pursuing the next big thing.

How do you measure your success?

This is tricky, because I don’t want it to sound hokey, but I measure success by the success of our partners. Is it the right partnership? Are we meeting the goals and initiatives we set out to accomplish? And do our partners feel like they have a team at Keypath Education that’s invested personally in their success?

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?

The nature of what we do, and will continue to do, evolves every day. Given the fundamental shifts in technology, media consumption and enrollment solutions, one thing I have learned is that you have to spend more time learning than teaching if you want to be a good teacher.

What excites you about higher education?

I love talking about and working in all facets of the education seeker’s journey. Change is constant. Some may resist change, but I am one to embrace challenges and new opportunities. At the end of the day, I love the role we have in helping people prepare for their future.

If you found yourself stranded on a deserted island, what book would you wish you had?

I am a bit of a science fiction fan, so I would have to go with the Dark Tower series. In other words, I can’t be forced to pick just one.
